The Atelier / Barcelona
Eleven steps.
One piece at a time.
We don't run a line. We run a bench. Every Pendulum passes through the same eleven hands before it leaves our workshop outside Barcelona.

01
Ceramic injection
A proprietary composite is pressure-injected into octagonal moulds, fired at 1,200°C.
02
Diamond polish
Each case is hand-polished against a diamond wheel — 38 minutes per piece.
03
Movement assembly
A Swiss-Parts Sellita-derived caliber is laid out on the bench, jewel by jewel.
04
Regulation
Five-position regulation. We accept ±6 sec/day; the industry tolerates ±20.
05
Bezel fit
Bezel and case are pressure-mated with a calibrated 2.4 kN torque collar.
06
Sapphire setting
Double-domed sapphire glass, anti-reflective coated on the inner face.
07
Caseback engraving
Reference, batch and atelier mark engraved by diamond stylus — 0.04 mm depth.
08
Lanyard stitching
Italian calfskin, saddle-stitched by hand. 7 stitches per centimetre, every time.
09
Water test
3 ATM pressure chamber, 90 seconds, every single piece.
10
Quality inspection
Forty-one checkpoints under loupe — case, dial, hands, crown, finish.
11
Boxing
Sealed inside a microfibre pouch, then the lacquered presentation case.
Why 7-8 days
Because the bench takes its time.
Each colorway is produced in small batches and inspected piece-by-piece before it ships. That's why we promise 7-8 days — never 24-hour, never overnight. The wait is the work.
