You have 30 days from delivery to return your Novæ Pendulum for a full refund. The watch must be unworn, in its original case, with all documentation.
How to return
Email support@novawatches.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned piece, to the original payment method.
Defective products
If a manufacturing defect appears within the 2-year guarantee, we repair or replace at no cost.
Exclusions
Pieces showing wear beyond a careful try-on cannot be refunded but may qualify for repair under guarantee.
