By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Pricing
All prices are shown in EUR, with taxes included where applicable. The Pendulum collection is tiered by colorway, ranging from €109 to €139. Promotional pricing may apply during launch periods.
3. Order acceptance
An order is accepted upon dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse fraudulent or suspicious orders.
4. Intellectual property
The NOVÆ name, marks, designs and content are property of NOVÆ Horlogerie S.L.
5. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased, except where mandated otherwise by Spanish law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.
